WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING

More than 1,500+ reviews

I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered, but I was pleasantly surprised the moment it arrived. The cardigan feels soft, warm, and really well made. It has quickly become one of those pieces I reach for without even thinking about it.

Margaret T.

This was my first order from Kathy’s Knitwear, and it definitely won’t be my last. The fit is comfortable, the knit feels lovely, and the colors are even prettier in person. It’s one of those cardigans that makes getting dressed feel easy

Susan B.

I bought this because I wanted something cozy without feeling bulky, and it’s exactly that. It sits beautifully, feels soft against the skin, and looks just as good with jeans as it does over a nicer blouse. I’ve already worn it far more than I expected.

Patricia M.

My order from Kathy’s Knitwear arrived beautifully packed and everything felt very thoughtful. The cardigan has such a lovely weight to it and the pattern is even nicer up close. You can tell it’s the kind of piece you’ll keep coming back to season after season.

Linda R.

My order arrived today and I’m so pleased! Everything was nicely packed and I can’t wait to try it on. Thank you Kathy!

Nancy W.

It arrived faster than anywhere else I've ordered from and the moment I touched it I could feel it was handmade. So soft and lightweight

Anne W.

I ordered this on a bit of a whim and ended up loving it. It’s warm without being too heavy, very comfortable, and easy to layer over almost anything. Kathy’s Knitwear really got the balance between cozy and flattering just right

TWELVE YEARS OF WARMTH, MEMORIES & YOU 🤍

When I was 55, I opened my little shop in Lake Placid with one simple dream — to help women like me feel warm, comfortable and beautiful in their own skin.

You made that dream come true. Every single one of you. 🤍

What started as a little knitwear shop became something so much more, thanks to the women who returned winter after winter.

Now, at 67, it’s time for me to retire. After all these beautiful years, saying goodbye is harder than I ever imagined.

As my final thank you to every woman who supported Kathy’s Knitwear, whether here in Lake Placid or from miles away, I’m offering up to 70% off throughout the shop.

Once these pieces are gone, they won’t be coming back.

With love,

Kathy 🤍
